Job DescriptionJob Description

Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Remove dead trees, clear brush, mow, edge, and generally maintain and improve the property
  • Safely operate mowers, weed whackers, chain saws, bucket loaders, and other equipment.
  • Remove snow when applicable, including walks, stairs, parking lots, driveways, using appropriate equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and power equipment, including fueling, sharpening, oiling, and cleaning.
  • Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including tree removals, pruning, planting, cabling and bracing, rigging, stump grinding, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to be flexible and work with the team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in landscaping and tree work.
  • ISA Certification or Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S.
