Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a mental health residential treatment program (not substance abuse) specializing in diagnoses such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD. We are looking for a credentialed Registered Behavioral Technician to facilitate mental health therapeutic groups for our clients. This is a very stable long-term position with lots of growth opportunities. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. References needed. Must have extensive group therapy experience. Prefer trauma experience.

Requirements:

  • must have mental health counseling credentialing
  • extensive experience doing group therapy and facilitating groups
  • must be comfortable working independently

Job Type: Full time or part time

Available work hours (4 shifts available)

9:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F OR

5 PM-9 PM M-F OR

9 AM-5 PM Sat & Sun OR

5 PM- 9 PM SAT & SUN

 

Salary: $24.00-$28 per hour

Medical specialties:

  • Psychiatry

Work setting:

  • Onsite

Experience:

  • RBT or credentialed mental health counselor: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Trauma experience preferred
  • Facilitating mental health group therapy: 2 years required

License/Certification:

  • RBT or Credentialed mental health counselor
