Mondays 9 am until the doctor is finished usually 7 p.m. (could be earlier) - last appointment is scheduled for 5:45 p.m.
Wednesdays 9 am until the doctor is finished, could be until 6 p.m.
Thursdays before the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of the month, doctor has hours from 12 p.m. until finished, should be by 5 pm.
Fridays 9 am until doctor is finished, usually by 5 p.m. (if he is doing a deposition then end of day would be 4 pm).
Tuesdays and Thursdays - would be catch up days starting at 9 am. for work not completed, such as pre-certs for injections, ordering medical supplies from Henry Schein and medications from various venders. Scanning all paperwork and or Rx. E-scribing can also be completed on these days.
We have a new doctor starting soon so days and times are subject to change.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient service and care in a office setting
- Administer medications to patients as directed by healthcare providers
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic life support techniques when necessary
- Prepare patients for X-ray imaging and assist with positioning
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Experience:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- Proficient in medical terminology and physiology knowledge
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Orthopaedic experience preferred....at least 4 yrs

2 weeks vacation AFTER 1st year

MUST BE DEPENDABLE and ON TIME Please keep in mind that at an Orthopaedic Surgeon's office, there are emergencies that can make hours run later than normal and we need someone who can be flexible with time when needed.
