ACE has an opening for the Beaufort, SC & Savannah, GA markets You MUST currently live in Savannah, GA or Beaufort, SC market for consideration. South Carolina Certified/Licensed Home Inspectors required. You will travel to BOTH markets for inspections in your vehicle.

Being an inspector can be stressful. The job is challenging – on any given day you never know what you are going to find, and no matter how long you do inspections, every now and then you will find something you have never seen before

What you will bring:

• A valid and current Home Inspector license in the state of South Carolina.
• Be reasonably proficient with a personal computer(windows), various software and a smartphone.
• Bring your A game You must be reliable, personable, articulate, willing to crawl under houses, able to endure hot attics.
• Be ready to learn digitally and on the job. Regardless of how many years of experience you have, we will teach you the ACE way.
• A reliable, well maintained, clean looking vehicle. 2 and 4 door sedans are OK. Truck not needed.

Construction experience is not required.

We provide the tools, equipment and support you need to be successful.

Candidates that complete ALL questions will be prioritized.
