Job Description:Frozen Ropes, a leading sports organization dedicated to promoting excellence in baseball and softball, is seeking a passionate and experienced part-time Softball Instructor. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our softball programs, fostering player development, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Duties:
- Develop and implement practice plans and training sessions 
- Teach fundamental skills such as throwing, catching, hitting, and base running
- Evaluate player performance and provide feedback for improvement

Qualifications:
- Experience playing/coaching softball at a competitive level
- Knowledge of the rules and techniques of softball
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with children and young adults
- Patience and understanding in dealing with different skill levels
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential

Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and select weekdays as needed.
