Driver/Facilitator

Candidate must possess a current and valid drivers license with a safe driving record. This candidate will be required to drive to various location where our consumers reside and to our office location, be able to physically help consumers on and off vans as needed. Additionally, this candidate will ensure consumers are prepared for daily group therapies.
Qualifications:
Possess a valid and current NJ Driver’s license
Have experience driving with passengers
Maintain a safe driving record
Physically able to assist consumers
Responsibilities:
Arrive at the consumers residence to transport them to our facility, and/or during telehealth services assist in managing technology and encouraging consumers to attend daily group sessions in designated area of the residence facility via telehealth.
Engage with residence and residential staff as needed
Encourage consumer to attend daily group therapy
Additional Duties:
pick up supplies and meals from the facility while telehealth services continue.
Transport clients to appointments as needed
Fulfill all administrative requirements pertaining to van maintenance, including maintaining van fuel, arranging, or reporting any maintenance needed, keeping record of milage.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Provide a safe and secure environment for consumers, as it is to maintain both driver and consumers safety.
Be able to respond appropriately to any emergency situations and follow the protocol of the facility they are in.
