Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address any issues with irrigation systems, including leaks, clogs, or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with irrigation equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute irrigation projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure proper operation of irrigation controllers and timers, programming as needed.
• Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as winterization and spring start-ups.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule irrigation services and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in irrigation systems, but willing to train the right individual
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and direct a crew.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a willingness to work.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Pride in delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
