Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work long hours is a must.
  • Ability to work well with fellow co-workers using teamwork. (Our motto is OLOT-one log one team).

  • Greets and interacts with all guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Always have a smile on your face
  • Takes initiative to seek out additional information or tasks when needed.
  • Understands proper food and beverage service practices.
  • Complete training program with Event Lead

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to stay positive and cheerful when under pressure

Experience/Education:

  • Has to be 21 years of age to sell and distribute alcohol
  • Experience in food and beverage is a plus
  • Experience in the event industry is a plus
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus

 

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Hours: (this is business determined) Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6pm
  • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long time periods for events.
