Junior NetSuite Administrator
**This is an in-office position**
Position Description:
- Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and integrations.
- Test and analyze customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements.
- Handle incoming tickets and support requests.
- Develop as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality.
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
- Maintain user access, roles and rights.
- Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards.
- Perform configuration, change management and testing activities, as required.
- Supporting the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under the guidance of the NetSuite Administrator/ Manager.
- Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes.
- Perform System Health analysis and maintain data integrity.
Experience:
- NetSuite, 0-12 months (Preferred).
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
