Contract: 6-month W2 contract (possible extension)

Pay Range:$18-$19/hr 

Work Location: Scarborough, ME

Summary: 

Represents the most common entry point for this career level; works under direct supervision.
Responsible for performing a variety of basic support duties to maintain production scheduling needs

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Manufacturing to ensure supply plan and schedule optimizes manufacturing productivity
  • Responsible for creating daily production orders for continuous production needs.
  • Communicate supply plan to key stakeholders including Manufacturing, Engineering
  • Create and communicate weekly schedule updates
  • Maintain accuracy of Planning information in MRP system (SAP)
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Planning and Scheduling processes
  • Other miscellaneous responsibilities as may be assigned
  • General ability in maintaining Microsoft excel files

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic experience in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment and initiative in dealing with a
  • variety of duties and responsibilities
  • Ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of MRP systems
