Distributor of Metal Fabrication Equipment is seeking a highly qualified individual for Welding specialist the installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repairs of our products. Prefer a person with a high level of experience in welding. You will provide a professional level of technical support to customers throughout Kansas and Missouri as well as occasional travel to other Midwest states. Products will be predominantly Robotic Welders, Welding power sources, and other weld support equipment. We will provide you with the support you need to prosper and enjoy a rewarding career.

Job Requirements:

· Basic Computer skills, Email/ Excel, Experience with Solid work and/ or other Offline Robotic programing simulating software.

· Weld instruction and training

· Certified Welding inspector Preferred, but current CWI status not necessary.

· 10 years field welding experience preferred.

· Ability to troubleshoot/ assist customers through problems from description of issues in person or on sight if needed.

· Must be able to work independently yet also as part of a team.

· Will be responsible for on-site machine installations, customer training and machine demonstrations.

· Must be Self-motivated

· Robotic welder programming experience a definite plus but not a requirement (possible/additional training on robotics would be available down the road)

Additional Requirements:

· Must be able to travel to work across the states of predominantly Kansas and Missouri, some very limited travel to our other facilities in Minnesota, Chicago, and Wisconsin may be necessary. Some international travel for product training will also be possible.

· Possess, or be able to obtain a valid passport, and have a current driver's license with no restrictions.

· Background and reference checks will be done prior to employment.

· The ideal location would be near or in the Kansas City area. Must at least be in Kansas or Missouri.
