Growing, prestigious, established leading Residential/Commercial Plumbing Contractor has an opportunity for an experienced Service Technician with plumbing experience.  The qualified individual will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various residential and commercial plumbing systems.  Five (5) plus years of experience installing and servicing and excellent customer service skills may qualify you for one of our positions.

 

Essential Duties:

 

·         Plan and complete all necessary steps in installing, servicing, and repairing various residential and commercial projects.

·         Troubleshoot instances of plumbing system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures.

·         Work with contractors and customers to resolve problems and issues to meet and exceed their expectations.

·         Monitoring and enforcing safety standards and procedures.

·         Prepare invoices, time sheets, and documentation of activities.

 

Essential Job Qualifications:

 

  • Verifiable five (5) plus years of experience and knowledge of the repair and service of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with drainage, waste, vent, water, and gas piping on residential and commercial projects
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with customers to resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling problems.
  • Valid and clean driving record.
  • HVAC experience a plus
