- Apply fiberglass materials to molds using various techniques such as hand lay-up, spray-up, or resin infusion.
- Trim excess fiberglass and ensure smooth edges.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as airless paint sprayers, cranes, and welding tools.
- Assemble fiberglass components according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in fiberglass lamination or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and auto painting is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is beneficial.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate tools and equipment is required.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations are necessary.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is desirable.
