Our team is conducting a search for a Building Code Inspector for a busy client in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Building Code Inspector Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Commercial or Residential building inspection or plan review experience Primarily in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems)
  • High School Diploma
  • Florida Commercial building inspector's license (BN#) in mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing required
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
