Job DescriptionJob Description

Install, repair & service handicap vehicle & home access equipment (van lifts, assistive seating products, wheelchair tie down systems, hand controls, ceiling track systems, ramps, etc.) general shop maintenance. Should have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. The position is for a long term individual with the ability to work in a team environment with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, adjust, and repair automotive equipment, medical equipment and electrical systems
  • Installing medical equipment and diagnosing when problems arise
  • Driving of vehicles to aid in diagnostics
  • Good communication skills with co-workers and customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to learning and continuing education

Skills:
- Proficiency in servicing automotive equipment & residential medical equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform basic electrical work is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
