Job DescriptionJob Description

Commercial property management group seeking lead, hands-on renovation/carpenter foreman with diversified skills for tenant build outs and new acquisition property renovations.

This would be a long term, full time position within a company with over 20 years in real estate development. 

Health insurance, retirement matching plan and life insurance offered. Paid vacation, sick/personal time and holidays.

Must have reliable transportation, personal hand tools, speak and read English, and able to lift 50 pounds of weight.

5 years of experience in construction or property management required. The more versatile your skills, the better.
