Job DescriptionJob Description

We have partnered with a leading Property Management company based in Brookline who is looking for Administrative help to support one of the Directors and a growing portfolio which includes high end HOAs and rental units across the region.

Prior experience in housing is helpful but not necessary.

Major Responsibilities

  • This is a true administrative assistant role that will support property managers.
  • Dealing with residents
  • Issuing/tracking work orders,
  • Vendor correspondence,
  • Sending mailings/email blasts,
  • Additional responsibilities as needed .

Qualifications

  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters .
  • Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and paying $25-27/hr.
