Join Our Team as an Experienced Leasing Consultant in Ventura County

Are you an experienced leasing consultant with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Look no further We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in Ventura County.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, highlighting features and amenities.
• Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease negotiations, and move-in orientations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents to secure leases.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with current residents to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a leasing consultant in Property Management.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software required. Yardi, RentCafe, or Appfolio.
• Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS
