Responsibilities:
 

  • Reconcile quoted pricing to customer purchase orders. 
  • strong data entry skills
  • accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to understand automotive quote and purchase order layouts, terms and definitions.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify reconcile and resolve discrepancies between quoted pricing and purchase order pricing
  • Ability to work well with other internal departments to clearly communicate actions required and meet regularly with those departments to follow up on open items and meet deadlines for completion
  • Work well with external customers and professionally present problems, communicate actions required, and meet regularly with those customers to follow up on open items and meet deadlines for completion
  • Be able to be laser focused on the objective of their assigned tasks
  • Able to organize their activities according to the priorities that are assigned

 

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills, including
  • Advanced proficiency with VLookups, PivotTables, and the
  • Ability to work with large sets of data. 
  • Preferably some experience finance or accounting within the Auto Industry
