Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Thermo-Plastic Machine Set-Up Operator to join our team You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. This is a 1st shift opportunity that is temporary to hire. Must have related experience as well as stable work history.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up machines and equipment in a timely manner according to schedule
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • must run the first part to check for quality and accuracy
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machines
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machine set up
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with other employees at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office
  • Excellent Mathematical skills
