We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Vacancies Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring our rental properties are leased promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Handle busy phone lines with professionalism
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently
- Uphold a passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions
- Coordinate property showings and manage lockboxes
- Ensure all vacancies are advertised and leased in a timely manner
- Drive company cars daily to various properties
- Perform personal assistant duties as needed by CEO
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred)
- Experience in property management (1 year preferred)
- Familiarity with Appfolio (1 year preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
