Lincoln Contractors Supply is a family owned company founded in 1956 by Alfred Knief and Wilmer Guenther. We are currently under the third generation of family leadership with Aaron Knief as President.

LCS has grown to operate 11 locations throughout the state of Wisconsin. We lead the industry in retail sales, service, and rental of construction equipment and supplies.

Lincoln Contractor Supply is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute equipment and products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all rental equipment to different addresses and through different routes
  • Follow routes and time schedule
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a pickup truck with lift-gate and trailer
  • Inform customers about equipment operation, products, and services
  • Obtain signatures on sales and rental contracts
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
  • Ability to operate forklift and equipment in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Trailer knowledge
  • Some heavy lifting is required

Required

  • Valid class A CDL drivers license

Pay Range is based on experience.

Position is Monday- Friday & every third Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

In 2001, LCS entered an industry alliance with FABICK Rents, which resulted in the company’s greatest increase in construction equipment sales and rentals and overall reach in Wisconsin. The new alliance expanded the LCS presence to eleven locations statewide, from Racine to northern Wisconsin in Eau Claire.

Today, LCS is under its third-generation President after Norm’s son, Aaron Knief, took over in 2015.
