PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Property Manager for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. Offering a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment
Responsibilities Include:
- Rent collections
- Unit inspections
- Property inspections and upkeep
- Marketing and leasing vacant units
- Resident relations, coordinating vendors, and maintaining the appearance of property.
- Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience managing large communities
- Yardi Voyager a must
- Good verbal written communication skills
- Ability to supervise schedule maintenance staff vendors
- Experience overseeing construction vendors and projects
- Proficient with computers
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments
- Must live on-site
Compensation is $24-$26 per hour. Salary DOE.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, and sick leave benefits. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is offered.
A valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed. A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
Property Management Associates will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance – LAMC 189.00
