Responsibilities:

  • Calculate delivery routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments for sales and customer needs.
  • Establish cost-effective delivery routes, compliant with guidelines, while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Safely coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, crews, and vehicles according to established schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and crews to resolve issues and coordinate services.

 

List Qualification or Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistic software.
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to multitask and relay information in a fast-paced environment.
