POSITION OVERVIEW: Seeking skilled and experienced Residential Electrician who can perform installations, repairs, and maintenance work. Advance knowledge in electrical troubleshooting and repairing residentials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, and understanding of HVAC electrical systems and commitment to safety and quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
  • Inspect and test electrical components to ensure they work correctly and safely.
  • Install electrical components of HVAC systems, including wiring, conduits, and electrical panels.
  • Diagnose electrical issues in HVAC systems using testing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits to identify faults, shorts or malfunctions.
  • Being aware of and following local and national regulations for electrical systems and safety.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Test newly installed HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and performance.
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of experience in related field.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes.
  • Knowledge of local electrical codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills. High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to make solid customer connections and relate with customers positively.
  • Strong desire to improve professionally.
  • Teamwork oriented.
