Store Manager, included but not limited to the following Areas of Responsibilities:

- Serve as main point-of-contact for Founders/Upper Management, supporting the mission of building a best-in-class female-focused lingerie/swim/sleepwear brand. High level communication and operational transparency a must.

- Supervise, train and assist employees in product knowledge and hospitality. Maintain Client relationships and oversee staff outreach to achieve repeat Client visits.

- Schedule employees weekly with support of Vice President via ADP timeclock app.

- Maintain consistent inventories, ensure stocking and provide communication regarding client product desires and low stock items. Knowledge of Shopify platform great-to-have but can be taught to an adaptable person if no previous experience.

- Oversee e-commerce fulfillment and ensure timely shipping out of orders via Shopify platform.

- Visually merchandise the boutique in a pleasingly way to present offerings in their best light, maintaining the standard of excellence that LaSource already represents.

- Provide training of employees on product lines and best practices to ensure proper knowledge of all offerings, systems and processes.

- Ensure the store remains spotless and presentable at all times.

- Use Clientele for client outreach daily to encourage repeat visits.

- Manage Sales Goals by encouraging the Team to track targets, educate further on product lines, etc.

40-50 hours on average weekly, Health benefits offered after initial trial period (TBD). In-store employee discount on merchandise. Hospitality and/or Retail background preferred.
