Human Resources Coordinator

Total Seed Production is a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Human Resource Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will function as a member of the HR department and as an extension of the HR Manager. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed including customer service, record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS data entry.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ADP or similar Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related work experience or Associate’s Degree with 4 years of related work experience or a high school diploma with at least 6

years of related work experience. HR certification is preferred but not required.
