WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH ECOMMERCE AND/OR SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Be the friendly face and voice of our company, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Technology Savvy: Utilize a MAC or PC to manage customer interactions and maintain precise records, showcasing your strong computer skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy in all communications and processes, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Problem Solver: Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Timely Response: Respond to inbound customer service tickets swiftly and efficiently, utilizing Zendesk or similar email-based customer support systems.
  • eCommerce Insight: Leverage experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms to assist customers (preferred but not required).
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current sporting events and news to provide relevant customer support.
  • Team Player: Be willing to extend your hours during our peak holiday season from Black Friday until the second or third week of December, and assist warehouse staff when needed.
  • Hands-On Approach: Be ready to get your hands dirty and collaborate with our warehouse team during high-demand periods.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of online-based customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of retail experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
