Insurance Customer Service Specialist- CSR

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong written and oral communication skills. This position assists in the retention of existing accounts by providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive phone calls requesting changes/quotes to existing policies. Complete changes/requests, complete endorsements, and collect Premium when applicable.
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Process renewals.
- Answer billing questions.
- Submit claims.
Qualifications
- Valid insurance P&C license
- 1 - 2 years Personal lines customer service experience.

- Can you commute to the office location in Edina MN 2-3x/week?
- Do you have an active MN property and casualty insurance license?
- Do you have at least 2 years of personal lines insurance experience?
