Job DescriptionJob Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong written and oral communication skills. This position assists in the retention of existing accounts by providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities.


Responsibilities

  • Receive phone calls requesting changes/quotes to existing policies. Complete changes/requests, complete endorsements, and collect Premium when applicable.
  • Respond to client inquiries.
  • Process renewals.
  • Answer billing questions.
  • Submit claims.

Qualifications

  • Valid insurance P&C license
  • 1 - 2 years Personal lines customer service experience.

  • Do you have an active MN property and casualty insurance license?
  • Do you have at least 2 years of personal lines insurance experience?
