We're Hiring Passionate Preschool Teachers Wanted

Moore Learning Preschool & Childcare Center, a family-run business in Elk Grove, is seeking loving, kind, and friendly teachers to join our team. We offer a nurturing, family-oriented environment and use a play-based approach where children’s interests guide our curriculum.

What We're Looking For:

  • Lead Teachers: 12 Core ECE Units
  • Master Teachers: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience
  • Clear Fingerprinting and Background Check
  • Health Screening, TB Test, and Immunizations
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Punctual, Dependable, Positive, and Motivated Individuals
  • Team Players Open to New Challenges and Learning Experiences
  • Clean and Organized Professionals

Your Role:

  • Be Playful, Loving, and Warm
  • Sing songs and get silly with children
  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs
  • Foster children’s emotional, intellectual, and social growth
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean classroom
  • Encourage interactive activities and student participation
  • Use classroom management techniques to develop self-control
  • Supervise children and maintain proper ratios
  • Continuously improve educational processes
  • Communicate openly with parents and staff
  • Prepare and submit lesson plans and schedules
  • Keep parents informed about their child’s progress
  • Stay current with professional development opportunities
