Armed Security Officers need to be reliable, professional and honest at our company.

The shift we are looking to cover is weekly 6PM-11PM Weds-Sat. Total of 20 hours a week. We're also looking for a flexible person who can cover different sites on short notice.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Patrolling designated areas and monitoring security cameras to detect suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
  • 2. Responding to alarms and emergencies, such as fire or medical emergencies, and taking appropriate actions to address the situation.
  • 3. Controlling access to restricted areas and checking for proper identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
  • 4. Conducting regular inspections to ensure that safety and security equipment, such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and cameras, are functioning properly.
  • 5. Investigating incidents and reporting any security violations or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
  • 6. Escorting individuals or groups through the premises, ensuring their safety and security while on the property.
  • 7. Completing detailed reports of security incidents, including observations, actions taken, and follow-up procedures.
  • 8. Collaborating with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, or emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents or emergencies.
  • 9. Conducting risk assessments and developing security plans and procedures to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • 10. Providing customer service and support to visitors and employees, addressing concerns or questions related to safety and security.
  • 11. Any duties assigned.

 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or other related fields is a must.
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Have some of your own equipment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
