Data Entry

Rep Source LLC, a Manufacturer's Rep Agency in business for over 58 years, is seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping our long standing customers by providing order entry and tracking, product and service information, resolving technical issues, and product quotations. Note: This is NOT a telemarketing business, we are servicing our customer base that in most cases has been with us for many decades.

Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer telephone, email, and website inquiries
• Provide information and pricing about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in data entry or customer service
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
