Well established Dayton personal injury law firm seeking to add another pre-litigation paralegal. Duties include but are not limited to:  intake, setting up new insurance claims, extensive client communication, drafting various letters, requesting medial records and bills, setting up subrogation claims, summarizing medical records, assembling demand packages, calendaring, etc. This position is in-office only.
