- This pivotal role is integral to the success of our restaurants, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Tropical Smoothie Café guidelines
- The District Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability across the district
- Brand Representation: Represents the brand and department professionally and consistently
- Collaborates with Café Managers and staff to ensure exceptional restaurant operations, providing leadership and support to maintain high standards of customer service
- Provides guidance to Café Managers in developing business plans to drive restaurant profitability
- Monitors and evaluates financial performance, ensuring adherence to sales growth, food pricing, and labor cost guidelines
- Facilitates ongoing training for managers and staff, covering operational procedures and personal development
- Coaches store managers on progressive discipline, termination procedures, and employee development opportunities through one-on-one and group training sessions
- Ensures compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards
- Proactively addresses performance issues and actively recruits restaurant staff and management as needed
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
