Extremely stable and growing business looking to add career-minded individuals. The CNC department is a crucial area and we are looking to add people with experience that are looking to continue to grow to expand their knowledge of machining.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate CNC Machines-operators will be trained on set-ups.
  • Edit programs and troubleshoot machines.
  • Adjust tools and replace as necessary
  • Making parts from plastic, aluminum, steel, stainless and titanium
  • Perform side operations during cycle time
  • Machining parts for the medical device market.
  • Majority of the setups is production style, but may have a couple occasional custom orders


Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in similar manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Familiar with quality systems and medical device
