Invoicing CSR

Freeport, NY, 11520 United States

Duration: contract to perm

Salary range: $ 20-23/hr.

Responsibilities

• Candidates need to have solid job tenure at every position or will not be considered.
• Candidate must have invoicing experience, medical billing is relevant experience.

To be considered, the following is required:

experience working in an office , basic computer knowledge, professional and courteous phone skills to work in our fast-paced environment. Prior invoicing/billing and customer service and/or in-bound call center experience (1-2 years) is a plus.

Essential Job Duties and Expectations of Various Jobs:

• Verify/Process invoices
• Preparing invoices for customers and vendors
• Resolve customer service inquiries and concerns
• Recognize, document and alert managers with escalated calls/issues
• Receive and dispatch service calls
• Taking resolutions from vendors and entering them into multiple computer systems
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Prepared billing in professional offices
• Attention to detail--comparing work completed to invoices
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and make sound decisions
• Use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues
• Good defusing techniques for difficult situations
• Excellent work history/ job longevity (2+ or more years in each position is ideal)
