Open Roads Services, LLC is seeking BILINGUAL Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinicians to join our multicultural and multilingual team. Families are matched with our clinicians and behavioral assistants to best meet the family’s needs and individualized goals.

 

  • ​​​​Master Level Clinician:

    • LSW, LAC, LAMFT

    • $55.00 - $65.00 / HOUR

    • Salary and position is contingent upon approval from NJ CSOC. Until such time of approval, salary and position will maintain as that of a Behavioral Assistant ($30.00 - $35.00 / HOUR).

  • Licensed Level Clinician:

    • LCSW, LPC, LMFT

    • $75.00 - $85.00 / HOUR

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience with Intensive In-Community (IIC) and/or Intensive In-Home (IIH) a plus, but will train.

  • Experience with PerformCare Cyber program is a plus, but will train.

  • All LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and PsyD clinicians must complete biopsychosocial assessments upon request.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • All LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LCSW and/or LMFT must possess and maintain active New Jersey licensure throughout employment.

  • Must be approved by the State of NJ Children’s System of Care as an eligible employee prior to finalizing hire.

  • All employees must possess a valid NJ driver's license, reliable car, and car insurance throughout employment.

  • All employees must undergo a comprehensive criminal background check, driving record check, and drug test prior to start of employment.

  • All employees must be approved to work for the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC) and attend all of their required training along with certification completion.

  • Monthly Clinical Supervision.

  • Clinicians must be willing to work with families located in at least 3 different counties (Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Union, and/or Middlesex). Flexible work hours are also a benefit given the nature of these positions.
