Jericho STEM Academy and Heart & Mind STEM Center in Hicksville is looking for a lead TEACHER who loves to work with children. Candidate should be patient, loving, and kind. Experience with children is a must.

Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth

Create a fun and safe learning environment

Carry out schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress

Maintain the health and safety of all students

Monday through Friday 9am-3pm Extended hours available. Tuition assistance for children of staff members provided. Three's teaching position is now available. Must have experience with preschool children.

A teaching license in early childhood or a CDA is necessary. Knowledge of OCFS rules and regulations a plus.
We are a loving, nurturing school with a STEM curriculum.
