We are seeking an LCSW or LPC to join our team You will provide counseling and written assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. FT or PT person with experience with counseling. Strong writing skills are important. Willingness to learn psychological testing is a plus.

Two types of jobs are available. One involves therapy and written assessments only and while the second involves learning to perform Psychological testing in addition to conducting therapy sessions. Training is provided and supervision for the testing. The testing job has a higher compensation level.

Report writing skills are very desirable. 60% of clients are children and adolescents 40% are adult clients. No weekend or after hours. No travel. Three weeks of paid days off. Send resume and references if interested.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Write initial interview reports with Diagnosis.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Use EMR for documentation
• At this time we are doing mostly virtual therapy but some are face to face. This is subject to change.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as LPC or LCSW in Georgia
• Previous experience in mental health counseling and diagnosis
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Optimistic and energetic work style
