We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker/Trim Carpenter to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the creation of custom van interiors through building cabinets, installing ceilings, walls, and flooring, as well as meticulous finish work.

Responsibilities:

1. Cabinet Fabrication: Construct custom cabinets from scratch, ensuring precision, durability, and adherence to design specifications.

2. Installation Expertise: Skillfully install cabinets, ceilings, walls, and flooring in camper vans, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing fit.

3. Attention to Detail: Uphold our commitment to excellence by paying meticulous attention to every detail in the fabrication and installation process.

4. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the construction and installation phases.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to interpret and execute the customer's vision accurately.

6. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control inspections of your own work to ensure that every camper van meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

7. Adaptability: Adapt to evolving design specifications and contribute creative solutions to enhance the overall quality of our camper van interiors.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Trim Carpenter, with a portfolio showcasing custom cabinetry and interior finishes.

2. Skills: Proficient in carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and a basic understanding of camper van interiors.

3. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, aesthetically pleasing work.
