The OsteoStrong Center Manager is responsible for growing our community and creating an unforgettable experience for our members. This person will exude energy and is a natural leader and loves to help others grow.

Key Responsibilities

Must have experience growing a membership-based business
Lead our session coaches to create incredible experiences for our members
Must be comfortable on video while interviewing members on their success
Must have experience managing the day-to-day operations
Responsible for scheduling our members and equipment
Must be able to generate/create reports using Excel
Ensure that our member’s information is updated in the proper software
Ensure each and everyone one of our members has been greeted upon checked-in
Ensure that our purchasing process is frictionless for our members
Make sure our members stay informed with various reminders
Ensure that our daily operations checklist has been completed twice per day
Must be able to learn and effectively communicate our message to prospective members
Hold weekly one- on-ones with each session coach

Team Responsibilities

Verify session coaches are clocked in/out daily
Perform evaluations for session coaches
Manage the recruiting process for session coaches including training
Creating a culture of being proactive and member focused, leading by example

Customer Service

Welcome, engage and build relationships with our members
Promote OsteoStrong and encourage new memberships
Handle concerns from our session coaches and members and escalate when necessary

Marketing/Sales

Must have experience managing events
Must have experience with marketing strategies to grow our member community
Work with center owner on events and marketing related efforts
Weekly reporting and KPIs to ensure we are on track
Ongoing community outreach to help educate
Internal culture development
Familiar with social media a plus

Qualifications

Self-starter, with strong managerial and people skills
Customer-service oriented - good listener, patient and empathetic
Familiar with and interested in health and wellness and willing to help others succeed in improving their health and wellness
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills Energetic and self-motivated
Ability to think and react quickly
Must be able to learn our systems and programs.
Experience with giving and receiving performance feedback
