We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director with a strong background in the Skincare and Beauty industry to lead and expand our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing diverse campaigns, and driving brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to the Skincare & Beauty sector to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee the creation and production of advertising materials across print, digital, and video platforms.
- Develop and execute internal e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales channels.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales team, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Stay updated on Skincare & Beauty industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance marketing efforts continuously.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- Expertise in Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Director, preferably within the beauty/skincare industry or start-ups.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation).
