Ready Set Grow Childcare is looking for someone who can be an adaptable float. We are looking to hire outgoing and reliable individuals who absolutely love working with children. We need someone who is energetic, self-motivated, flexible, and is able/willing to grow.

Float Staff assist Teachers throughout the center, and relieving them for their scheduled breaks. Responsible for keeping supplies stocked and cleaning of the common areas. May be asked to fill-in when a Teacher must be absent.

Candidates will be required to undergo a thorough background check and a TB test.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean background
  • Clear of Tuberculosis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • Childcare experience
  • Food Management Certification
