Job DescriptionJob Description

We are expanding and adding a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team We treat adults suffering from mental health issues, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You would provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management services. We have both full time and part time availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
  • Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
  • Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
  • At least two years as a primary therapist in either an outpatient clinic setting or inpatient/ residential/ PHP/ IOP setting
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently document services using EMR in compliance with state and national standards
