Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Spray Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide superior lawn care services. Your primary responsibility will be to apply weed prevention treatments to residential and commercial properties, utilizing industry-standard equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess weed growth and overall lawn health.
  • Mix and apply herbicides and other weed prevention treatments according to manufacturer instructions and industry best practices.
  • Safely operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding the treatment process.
  • Keep accurate records of treatment applications, including dosage, date, and location.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or environmental damage.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduling and optimize efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to weed prevention and lawn care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care chemicals.
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain spray equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Pesticide applicator license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe (if required by state regulations).
