- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Residential and commercial remodeling experience
- Basic framing
- Basic finish carpentry
- Drywall experience
- Metal roofing
- Concrete and patchwork experience
- Painting experience
- Window and door knowledge
- Basic tile work experience
- LVP/LVT Installation experience
- Must be able to read a measuring tape
- Must be drug free with a good work history and clean MVR
