Schedule: Monday Friday (one week morning start, one week early afternoon start), with rotating every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy experience.
- Framework/ Docutrack experience.
- LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of teams (data entry technicians, logistic technicians, and production technicians.)
