H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time bilingual (Spanish & English) Patient Experience Coordinator to join our upscale plastic surgery center in Huntersville, NC We offer competitive pay, health benefits, paid time off, and other wonderful benefits. This position would be Monday - Friday 40 hours a week normal business hours.

A bit about the position:

Communicating with patients in person and over the phone regarding surgeries, services, and other procedures offered by the practice.

What you can expect in this role:

• Taking inbound calls and identifying the appropriate next steps.
• Making outbound calls to follow up on leads.
• Understand patient needs and identifying opportunities.
• Answering potential patient questions, credentialing surgeons, services, and facilities.
• Sending additional follow up information via email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Booking consults and achieving goals.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Bilingual - fluent in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1 year experience in an upscale call center environment and/or medical office environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Nextech experience is a plus.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
