• Availability to be on-call and respond to emergency calls 24/7 (including holidays and weekends)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Supply your own hand tools
• Basic construction skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
• Background check and Drug Test required
• Good driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Previous restoration experience
• IICRC WRT certification is a plus
Starting pay/ will depend on current skill level, IICRC certificates, and previous experience
