Job Summary
The Kitchen Specialist and Designer works under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, providing professional design advice and product selection to our showroom customers with the goal of making the buying decision easier while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Produce and edit kitchen designs for both individual and corporate clients to meet their needs; as well as provide estimates for such.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms.
Assist with the ordering process to external providers to successfully execute the project. This requires knowledge of ERP system (Purchasing, Inventory and Sales modules)
Provide after-sale service and support to customers
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Basic office managements tasks: receive phone calls, schedule meetings and showroom appointments, handle correspondence, emails, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.
